Agape4all limited was founded in 2015 with a vision to help young people attain positive outcomes through nurture and collaborative efforts.

Agape4all is a residential therapeutic home for children and young people aged between 7 – 16 which provides the highest quality or care and substitute parenting for children and young people who experience emotional, behavioural, and mild learning difficulties. It is our core values of nurture and partnership working culture that have made Agape4all a successful independent provision.
Agape4all Limited was founded in 2015 with a vision to help young people attain positive outcomes through nurture and collaborative efforts. We work with the service user’s support structure: Family members and key professionals; Social Worker, Case Managers, Mentors, Independent Review Officers, School, Independent Review Officers, Local Authority and Medical Professionals.

OUR POLICY
Our experienced senior management staff have years of experience working with diverse local authorities to provide tailored sixteen plus (semi-independent) accommodations, children’s home, and support services. The organizational structure includes field staff and maintenance teams that are assigned to each of our supported living projects, providing individualized services locally. Head office functions like procurement, finance, human resources, operations, safeguarding, and compliance essential to our exceptionalism. Through our recruitment efforts, we have been able to select people from diverse backgrounds who share our vision about the young people, placing priority on safeguarding, supporting, and fostering aspirations. Our hiring team follows a strict "safer recruitment" policy, putting strong processes in place such as enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks to guarantee our clients' safety and wellbeing.

Child centred approach:
At Agape4all we aim to enable our young people live independently with the appropriate support tailored to their individual needs.
Our goal is to help every young person achieve better outcomes by supporting them to reach their ultimate potential through realistic and achievable steps for them to transition into adulthood successfully.
At Agape4all we go above and beyond to find out what each young person within our accommodation’s interest are whether it be reading, music, art, sports, and languages. Our commitment to working with key organisations to offer every young person regular opportunity to participate and develop their skills prepare them for the future ahead.
Safeguarding and Protection:
The safeguarding and protection of our young people is of utmost importance here at Agape4all, we do so through robust working practices, risk assessments and clear policies and procedures. Our model and structure ensure that the young person within our home is safe.
