As a service, we work in partnership with our colleagues across children’s services, health and mental wellbeing, education, and other agencies to ensure that children / young person’s holistic needs are met, and they are receiving wraparound care.

Our approach to managing children / young people displaying challenging behaviours is through resilience, child-focused, positive reinforcement, and non-prejudiced. We emphasise the ethos of positive relationships based on mutual respect, understanding and the need to function effectively as part of a group.
Our residential support workers act as positive role models and support children / young people to make safe and healthy choices, reduce challenging behaviours and ensure that the child / young person can realise their potential through learning, fun and play. Staff ratios enable quality time and attention to be spent developing these relationships.
All children / young people are provided with individual single rooms, allowing them to feel safe in their own personalised environment. Agape4all children’s home promotes a homely living setting whilst nurturing children / young people to promote positive outcomes for their appropriate stages of development.
This is a critical component of ensuring the well-being and successful transition of care leavers to independent and family living. As we work on making them better children, we offer our children / young person skills to help them transition into an independent life. Agape4all don’t stop caring when they decide to leave, we constantly check up on them and arrange hang outs when needed. We’ll be there for them like the family that we’ve always been. We conduct a 14-day intensive on-site training for all our employees. The induction training is carried out by certified industry experts whose primary task is to ensure that the staff are equipped to meet the needs of our young people.
